NMC Skydiving Day

Saturday 22nd Jan. '05 saw a corporate group, consisting of staff and customers from Neil Muller Construction (NMC, www.nmc.co.za ), at the DZ for a team building exercise. 17 people attended the first jump course, and 9 others did Tandems. All went very well. Strong wind threatened to keep the first jumpers on the ground, but with a bit of patience, the 15 that stayed jumped later as the wind calmed somewhat.

Apart from one guy misunderstanding the Batons ("your other left!"), all landed safely on the DZ. Afterwards the NMC group enjoyed a spit-braai, prize giving ("best landing" etc) and numerous refreshments. Jump stories were heard well into the night. Congrats to Stephanie of NMC, and Ronél for organizing, and thanks to Anja for helping with the catering, drinks, glasses etc.

Let's hope we see some of them return for more jumps.
